The Flat-Coated Retriever, with it's easily trained, biddable disposition, high intelligence and it's natural desire to please, is truly a breed to do it all.  Equally at home in the field, the show ring,  the agility course and any other activity requiring human dog interaction, the flat-coat continues to show it's versatile nature.  In the Pacific Northwest, some of the events you will find flat-coats participating in include:
